NorAM began as a family owned and operated manufacturing and importing business-- providing paint booths that were of the best quality available. NorAM offers products that are engineered, designed, and manufactured in the U.S.A. Beginning in the late 1980s, after working with several major booth manufacturers, the founders of NorAM began developing their own products. These products included the most desirable features from the best existing booths, combined with improvements like "air curtain" technology. These new NorAM booths debuted in 1995. NorAM prides itself on surpassing customer expectations with U.S. designed and built products. NorAM has refined its product line extensively for 2010, adding dozens of new lower-cost models. Mr. Chris Davis is the President of NorAM, Inc. After earning an engineering degree at the University of Alabama, he worked as an independent distributor of NorAM products in the southeastern U.S. As a multi-million dollar producer, he enjoyed numerous opportunities to work with industrial, automotive and aerospace clients. In 2008 he assumed his current position at NorAM and began a significant rework of the manufacturing processes being used. This effort resulted in two significant changes for 2010: dramatically shortened lead times for all NorAM products and the introduction of a line of exciting new products that meet the expectations of today’s customers.

Mr. Harold Davis is the founder and past President of NorAM, Inc. He is also the co-founders of Reliant Finishing Systems. His entire career has been based on his interest in improving the quality and performance of products that are used in daily activities. He has excelled at integrating improvements into the products he has built for a wide range of clients. Prior to founding NorAM, Mr. Davis was a successful distributor for other major paint booth manufacturers--and still acts as a consultant and technical advisor to other companies that build paint booths and powder coating equipment. For over 15 years he has focused all of his efforts toward making advancements that can benefit the entire finishing industry.
