| These stations typically utilize our proprietary Mach-3 series heat/air systems to perform as well as most companies' paint booths. They come in single, double, or multi-station configurations, and are available with or without heat. Our prep stations use the same indirect ceiling-mounted lighting that makes our M3X so easy to paint in. They also feature downdraft or semi-vertical airflow and a full overhead filter system--instead of the usual intake box and filtered outlet that other prep stations use. Our refinishing station performs like a downdraft paint booth! Rather than having the air dump out of a small "spigot" box with a filter mounted at the end of a length of ductwork, or an inflatable "sock" that only hangs over one small area at a time, our prep station uses jumbo overhead filters and a full size plenum to get superior airflow over a much larger area. We even offer insulated side and/or back walls to improve performance. |
